4. Functional, Comprehensive, and Multidisciplinary Approach: It focuses on self-defense, based on real-world practical experience and scientific evidence from Physical Activity and Sports Sciences.

5. Simple and Effective Teaching-Learning Method: Designed to be accessible to everyone, with different approaches based on students' needs, challenges, strengths, and potential, promoting individualized instruction.

6. Accessibility for All: The method is designed to be practiced by men, women, children, young people, the elderly, individuals with disabilities, as well as members of Law Enforcement, Private Security, and the Armed Forces.

7. Focus on Observation and Fear Management: It emphasizes developing observational skills and managing fear through reflective actions based on the dominant situation rather than relying on predetermined techniques.

8. Based on Modified Real-World Practice: It utilizes simulated scenarios, impact-reducing equipment, and scientific evidence, integrating current knowledge in Planning and Methodology, Physiology, Biomechanics, Psychopedagogy, etc.

9. Adaptability: The method is easy to learn and effective in practice, regardless of gender, age, or the attacker's body type, adapting movements to improve kinematic variables and enhance effectiveness.

10. Comprehensive Learning: The method is based on learning and experimenting with techniques and tactics, body and mind awareness, and improving physical conditioning through interaction with other students. Classes include experience, knowledge, progression, problem-solving, understanding, assessment, and feedback.

A Comprehensive Method for the 21st Century

Introduction

In a world where personal security and overall well-being are increasingly relevant, having a modern and effective self-defense system is a necessity. This comprehensive method combines the tradition of martial arts with the demands of contemporary society, providing both physical and mental tools to face risky situations. Its functional and multidisciplinary approach not only enhances combat skills but also promotes personal development by strengthening discipline, self-confidence, and decision-making under pressure.

This system encompasses three fundamental areas:

  • Self-Defense
  • Hand-to-Hand Combat
  • Protection of Others

This allows anyone, from civilians to security professionals, to acquire knowledge tailored to their specific needs.

1. Self-Defense

Self-defense is the core pillar of the method and is designed to provide efficient responses to physical aggression, both in individual attacks and in conflicts involving multiple attackers. This approach teaches techniques for:

  • Defending against armed and unarmed attackers.
  • Using strikes, elbows, knees, kicks, joint locks, throws, etc.
  • Defending in various positions and realistic situations: standing, on the ground, or seated, etc.
  • Protecting third parties in dangerous situations.

To ensure effectiveness in real applications, training is conducted in simulated scenarios that replicate high-tension situations, using specialized equipment to prevent injuries. This way, practitioners are prepared to act safely and efficiently in real-life circumstances.

2. Hand-to-Hand Combat

While it shares some characteristics with self-defense, hand-to-hand combat is designed for a more specific profile: military and law enforcement professionals. Its objective is to train combat specialists in direct engagement tactics, optimizing the efficiency of attacks and the neutralization of threats.

This teaching system includes:

  • Combat techniques focused on maximum effectiveness in the shortest time possible.
  • Training for the rapid neutralization of opponents with minimal personal risk.
  • Strategies for handling combat in confined spaces and high-stress situations.

The methods applied in this area are aimed at developing specific skills in security contexts, ensuring that professionals are fully prepared to handle extreme risk situations.

3. Protection of Others

The third area focuses on protecting others, especially in contexts where the safety of vulnerable individuals is a priority. This aspect is fundamental for security personnel, bodyguards, and responsible civilians who want to safeguard the well-being of their loved ones.

The main aspects covered in this area include:

  • Strategies for protecting family members and those under one's care.
  • Risk assessment and planning responses to dangerous situations.
  • Developing evacuation techniques and controlling hostile scenarios.
  • Using defensive methods in urban environments and confined spaces.
  • Employing non-lethal law enforcement weapons.

Through this training, practitioners acquire the ability to act effectively and safely in emergency situations, ensuring the protection of their surroundings.
